Andrew Skinner is a solicitor practising international trade law, including export controls and sanctions, anti-bribery and corruption, and customs, with a particular focus on providing clients with clear and pragmatic advice.
Andrew previously practised as an in-house lawyer, and held the role of Head of Global Trade Compliance for a large technology company. Andrew has significant operational experience in the development and implementation of end-to-end trade compliance programmes, as well as the management of regulatory investigations and enforcement.
Andrew is also a trained engineer (Ministry of Defence) and has significant experience in the defence, aerospace, power generation, electronics and automotive sectors.
Andrew holds a Graduate Diploma in Law and a Bachelor of Engineering degree. He is a Chartered Engineer (CEng) and a member of the Institute of Engineering and Technology (IET), as well as a practising solicitor.
