Roberto Cursano is counsel in the Rome, Italy, office of Baker McKenzie. He has been a lawyer at the firm since September 2007. He works on multijurisdictional projects and advises on export control, anti-bribery and healthcare matters.
Roberto is a former administrative officer with the Italian Ministry of Health. He is admitted to the bar before the Italian Supreme Court of Cassation and the Council of State.
Roberto has significant experience in advising clients on compliance with export controls matters, assisting with investigations, licence applications and in developing and implementing compliance programmes dealing with both export controls and anti-bribery.
