Singapore revises end-user statements

Singapore Customs has issued revised end-user statement (‘EUS’) formats for bulk permits and individual permits under the Strategic Trade Scheme (‘STS’).

It notes:

  • New end-users will have to use the revised EUS format for shipments made under a STS bulk permit with effect from 1 November 2019. Existing end-users will have to use the revised EUS format for a STS bulk permit whenever there are changes to the details in the EUS (for example, change in address) or when the STS bulk permit holders renew their STS bulk permits, whichever is earlier.

  • All STS individual permit applications submitted from 1 November 2019 onwards will need to be submitted with the new EUS format for STS individual permits.
