‘Delisting hasn’t delivered’ grumbles India

There is disgruntlement within the Indian defence community that two years after the United States lifted controls on exports of dual-use products to the Asian country, they remain effectively in force. So says the head of India’s Defence Research and Development Organization (‘DRDO’), VK Saraswat, in an interview with the Press Trust of India.
