Schlossberg, Akin Gump www.akingump.com   On 20 September 2018, for the first time, the Trump administration imposed sanctions on a non-US entity and its director for engaging in ‘significant transactions’ with a Russian defence sector company included on the State Department’s List of Specified Persons (‘LSP’). The State Department also added an additional 33 persons engaged in the Russian defence and intelligence sectors to the LSP.
