EU to add four marine toxins to dual-use export control list

The European Commission has adopted a Delegated Regulation updating the EU’s dual-use export control list to reflect changes agreed by the Australia Group in 2022.

Four entries for marine toxins have been added, certain entries have been removed and there have been reference and editorial changes. See the updated list.

The update was made in coordination with the US, within the framework of the Export Control Working Group of the Trade and Technology Council (TTC).

If the European Council and Parliament raise no objections within two months, the Regulation will be published in the Official Journal and enter into force.
