Florian Wolf

Florian Wolf specialises in European and German foreign trade law with a focus on export controls, economic sanctions and trade compliance. 

He advises German and international clients on export control, sanctions and customs law issues vis-à-vis the customs administration and the Federal Office of Economics and Export Control (BAFA) as well as before the fiscal courts, the Federal Fiscal Court and the European Court of Justice.

Due to his cross-border advice to multinational companies, inter alia, from the mechanical engineering and high-tech industries as well as the raw materials sector, he has detailed knowledge of various economic sectors and extensive experience, in particular, in the sanctions law assessment and evaluation of complex matters, especially with regard to Russia and Iran.
