Vicky Wu is an Associate Attorney at Braumiller Law Group PLLC. She advises clients about issues related to international trade compliance.
Vicky’s practice primarily focuses on US import laws and regulations administered and enforced by US Customs and Border Protection (CBP). Vicky also works on investigations and advises clients on matters involving compliance with export controls and economic sanctions.
Vicky’s experience includes work on multiple complex CBP matters, including prior disclosures, focused assessments, seizure notices, and penalty notices, involving free trade agreements, tariff classification, and valuation. Vicky has extensive experience in developing and implementing comprehensive import compliance programs for multinational companies.
Vicky is a member of the American Bar Association’s Customs Law Committee, and she has served as an editor for the Committee’s 2014 and 2015 Year in Review publications. Vicky is also member of the International Compliance Professionals Association and the Organization of Women in International Trade.
