EU publishes list of amendments to Annex 1 of export control regulation (EU) 821/2021
The EU Council has published a list of amendments to Annex 1 of Regulation (EU)821/2021. It notes, ‘The changes are a result of the reviews carried by the multilateral Export Control Regimes (Wassenaar Arrangement (WA), Missile Technology Control Regime (MTCR), Australia Group (AG) and Nuclear Suppliers Group (NSG)), where agreed, as of February 2021 to December 2021. There are also a number of editorial amendments.

- WA – List of Dual-Use Goods and Technologies and Munitions List (WA-LIST (21) 1) dated December 2021
- AG – Control List of Dual-use Biological Equipment and Related Technology and Software dated 16 August 2021
- MTCR – Equipment, Software and Technology Annex dated 8 October 2021 (MTCR/TEM/2021/Annex.’
