OFSI extends GL authorising humanitarian deliveries to Palestinian territories

The United Kingdom has extended the validity of General Licence INT/2023/3749168, authorising the delivery of humanitarian assistance to Israel and the Occupied Palestinian Territories, until 14 May 2025.

The Office of Foreign Sanctions Implementation (‘OFSI’) said, ‘Relevant Persons undertaking Relevant Activities’ for the duration of the GL will be required to report to OFSI the following information:

  • The details of the Relevant Person using the General Licence;
  • The details of the Relevant Activities that have been undertaken using the General Licence;
  • The total value of funds, economic resources, goods and services provided, processed or paid pursuant to those Relevant Activities.

Reporting to OFSI should be sent no later than 13 November 2024 in relation to activities undertaken under the GL prior to that date and 14 June 2025 in relation to activities under the licence prior to that date and after 13 November 2024. Before the extension, the GL was due to expire after 15 May.
