Jeffrey also assists clients with customs and trade compliance matters. He advises clients on petitioning for relief, requesting the mitigation of penalties and return of seized items, preparing voluntary self-disclosures as to customs violations, and assisting these clients in implementing long-term successful customs compliance strategies. He has also assisted clients on other aspects of international trade, including analysing the impact of U.S.-antidumping laws and determining tariff classifications.Back
