Andrew L Siciliano is a Partner and is KPMG’s US Trade and Customs National Practice leader. He is based in New York and currently assists multinational clients with import, export and overall trade compliance, planning and automation. He has 23 years of experience in trade compliance consulting.
Andrew uses his diverse accounting, legal and customs brokerage background to assist clients with the evaluation of cross-border transactions as it relates to import and export planning, compliance and automation. This encompasses advising multinational clients on all aspects of international trade-related matters, including compliance with various import and export regulations and cost mitigation planning.
Andrew’s vast experience ranges from assisting clients with Department of State export control consent agreement audits to providing export classification and licensing determinations to working with KPMG Forensics to review export transactions for potential violations of export controls or trade sanctions.
Andrew has a Juris Doctor from Saint John’s University School of Law, is a Certified Public Accounting (CPA), and is a licensed Customs Broker. He is a member of various trade associations including AAEI, ICPA, and USFIA.
