Pablo LeCour is a Partner in Deloitte who has over 16 years of experience in regulatory compliance focused on export controls, customs, sanctions, and anti-bribary and anti-corruption (ABAC).
Pablo has advised companies on ABAC, global export controls, sanctions and customs regulatory requirements, conducting global international trade compliance audits, selecting/implementing global trade management software solutions and designing/deploying international trade compliance programmes.
Pablo has worked with clients in the Aerospace & Defense, Technology, Media, Telecommunications, Oil & Gas and Retail sectors around the world including the US, South America, Asia, Middle East and Europe. His experience includes working with FTSE 100 and Fortune 500 companies across different industry sectors on all aspects of international trade compliance. Pablo has led global export control audits for clients to meet the requirements specified in Department of Commerce Bureau of Industry & Security – Settlement Agreements and Department of State – Directorate of Defense Trade Controls – Consent Agreements.
Prior to joining Deloitte, Pablo held the role of Boeing’s Europe, Middle-East & Africa (EMEA) – Global Trade Controls Leader where he supported the company’s operations in the region to comply with all the appropriate export and import regulations. Pablo was also selected to participate in a two year leadership development programme within The Boeing Company’s Corporate Audit organisation.
Pablo frequently speaks at international trade conferences on building effective trade compliance programmes and implementing trade management software solutions. He is fluent in Spanish, French and English. Pablo holds a Bachelor in Arts in Economics and International Relations from Claremont McKenna College and a Kellogg-WHU Executive MBA from Northwestern Kellogg School of Management, USA and WHU – Otto Beisheim School of Management, Germany.
