Pablo LeCour is a Partner in Deloitte’s Customs & Global Trade practice in London and leads the export controls advisory team for clients in the A&D sector.
Pablo has over ten years of experience in trade compliance, with a particular focus in advising companies on global export control regulatory requirements, selecting/implementing global trade management software solutions, and designing/implementing international trade compliance programmes by applying leading practice methodologies.
Pablo has worked with clients around the world, including those in the U.S., South America, Asia, Middle East and Europe. His experience includes working with FTSE 100 and Fortune 500 A&D companies to provide a number of export compliance services, including managing global trade compliance outsourcing contracts, conducting global export and customs audits, and advising clients on the use of trade compliance management solutions to address international trade regulatory requirements.
Prior to joining Deloitte, Pablo held the role of Boeing’s Global Trade Controls Leader for EMEA, where he ensured that the company’s operations in the region complied with all the appropriate export and import regulations. Pablo’s responsibilities included serving as the subject matter expert in all U.S., EU and national export and import regulatory requirements, providing compliance advice on particular export / import transactions, developing export / import strategies tailored to a site’s business operations, and deploying global compliance procedures and training programmes. Pablo frequently speaks at international trade conferences on building effective internal compliance programmes and implementing trade management software solutions.
Pablo holds a Bachelor in Arts in International Relations & Economics from Claremont McKenna College and an Executive MBA from the Kellogg School of Management. Pablo is fluent in Spanish, French and English.
